What if speech recognition feels inaccurate?
Speak near the microphone in a quieter environment and confirm microphone permissions are enabled.
How do I view or delete the preferences DJ has learned about me?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Memories in the app to view recorded preferences. You can selectively delete individual memories or clear all at once.
What if AI commentary is inaccurate or offensive?
We employ multi-layer content safety filtering. If issues occur, use the in-app report feature or email support@manymind.chat with screenshots. We review all reports within 48 hours.
Troubleshooting
- No audio: check device volume, mute switch, and output route
- Connection issue: switch network and retry, then restart the app if needed
- No commentary: DJ may skip commentary to keep playback continuity
- Microphone not responding: confirm both app and system microphone permissions are enabled, then try rejoining the session
Account & Data Management
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible — please proceed with care.
- Open the app and go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account and confirm the action
- Alternatively, email support@manymind.chat with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' and your registered email
- All associated data will be permanently erased within 30 days of the request
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Report AI-Generated Content
If you encounter inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise problematic AI commentary, please report it by long-pressing the relevant content in the app and selecting Report, or email support@manymind.chat with a screenshot and description. All reports are reviewed and addressed within 48 hours.
